Cellusion exhibits at Tokyo’s Pavilion at Japan Innovation Night

Cellusion Inc. (CEO: Shin Hatou, M.D., Ph.D., “Cellusion”) will participate in the exhibition session Tokyo’s Pavilion at the Japan Innovation Night to be held in Boston on Thursday, June 8, in conjunction with the BIO International Convention 2023.

Japan Innovation Night is an event organized by the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) and the Japan Desk of the Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC) on Thursday, June 8, 2023, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the Venture Café at CIC Cambridge. The event will be held to explore the potential for partnerships and synergies between Boston-based U.S. venture capitalists, pharmaceutical companies, and innovative Japanese biotech companies.

Tokyo’s Pavilion is a session planned and conducted by Blockbuster TOKYO, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s support program for drug discovery and medical startups, where venture companies recommended by them will exhibit.

Cellusion will join the pavilion and make a poster session, supported by Blockbuster Tokyo including travel expenses, having received a recommendation from MEDISO, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare’s total support program for medical ventures.

By expanding the network through participation in international events, Cellusion will promote the global development of its lead program, the development of corneal endothelial regenerative medicine using iPS cells for the treatment of bullous keratopathy.
